Clear answers before care begins.
Here are a few common questions families may have when considering non-medical home care.
What is non-medical home care?
Non-medical home care supports everyday living through services such as personal care assistance, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, respite, and other non-clinical support.
Who can receive services?
Services may be appropriate for seniors, adults with disabilities, individuals with special needs, people recovering at home, and families who need extra support with everyday routines.
How is a care plan created?
We begin by learning about the client’s needs, routines, preferences, schedule, and goals. The care plan can then be tailored around the level of support that is appropriate.
Do you provide skilled nursing?
The Care Group is presented here as a non-medical home care company. Skilled nursing, diagnosis, treatment, and other licensed clinical services are not included unless the business later establishes an appropriately licensed and compliant clinical service line.
Can family members be involved in the care plan?
Yes, when authorized by the client or appropriate representative. Clear family communication is an important part of the care experience.
How do I get started?
